The Duplex villa has a private entrance staircase leading to your 1st balcony terrace of your holiday home.  it also has a private roof top solarium with sunbeds and safety gate for children. Great view not overlooked. Satelite TV with british and american channels.  Air conditioning in living room hot n cold , Fans , Full cooker,Fridge freezer kettle etc. Full length mirrors in Bedrooms light and bright.  Good Location, Peaceful enough for a drinks on solarium yet convienent to night life. Staircases, so Not suitable for wheel chair users.    Payment is by bank transfer or euro cheque.
